Emily was super detail orientated and went out of her way to make sure my 50th birthday cruise was perfect! She added all the special touches including perks like catching those NCL discounts. Double tree in Miami is dated. We asked for more towels on the second day and never got them. We asked for late checkout and they said we could stay until noon, but the disabled our keys at 11. The servers in the restaurant and the bar were great but probably would not go back to this hotel.
Hilton Miami Blue Lagoon was very nice. Only problem was the amount of people trying to check in. The hilton honors line was not operational and they didn't have enough people cleaning rooms and checking people in. We didn't get into our room until well after 4:30.
Both cruises were exceptional. Our room steward was very attentive to the point where he went and found our luggage on embarkation day and hand delivered it to our room. Our trip was great and we appreciated the credits the drinks and the extra meal we got to eat. Norwegian has great food at any of the restaurants, but it was nice to experience some that we had not experienced before. We had such a blast cruising on board the Odyssey of the Seas. So many fun things to do on the ship. I personally crushed several trivia games LOL! The shows in the Royal Theater were fantastic!! However certain spots & angles on the floor while watching The Book in two70 were hard to see from our seats. The staff was always friendly and the quality of food and service during our dining was top notch (see photo)! Some excursions were better than others with Pompeii receiving the highest marks. Can't wait until the next one!! And a special shout out to our Travel Advisor Emily Hanley for helping coordinate two families booking all the greatness to perfection. We were even just two doors down from each other. Bravo!! We had such a blast cruising on board the Odyssey of the Seas. So many fun things to do on the ship. Emily was wonderful! My 3 girfriends were going on a cruise to Catalina and Mexico on an annual "girls trip". After I realized my work schedule was free, I was able to join them! I wasn't sure how to "add" my reservation to be included into their trip and Emily did and it was seamless. All I had to do was show up!
It was a great trip and my memories will for sure last a lifetime. Anytime I have another trip coming up, I will for sure use Emily. Thank you sooo much! Emily was wonderful! Thank you for making booking so easy and sending reminders prior to cruising. Emily booked two cruises for us! The first cruise was NCL Escape and that was our first time cruising on NCL. I loved all the perks that came with our reservations. That really spoiled us!
NCL Escape is lacking a little on entertainment compared to other cruise lines and hopefully with time they will improve their onboard entertainment.
I am looking forward to the next cruise in April on the Carnival Jubilee.
What I will do a little different is read reviews and websites to learn what the ship has to offer so that I am better acquainted with the amenities on board.

This was our first cruise and I must say it was amazing. Emily was very helpful and quick to respond to us if we had any questions. My husband and I decided to cruise to celebrate our anniversary.
We did a 5 day western carribean cruise out of Galveston, Texas and stayed in an interior room facing the promenade. The food was amazing. But our all time favorite were the entertainment and activities available to do.
We took full advantage and did tours in every port stop and was so worth it!!! We are already looking to see when we can cruise again. This was our first cruise and I must say it was amazing.
